One of the most highly regarded and largest mixed martial arts gyms today, Jacksons mma was founded by legendary mma trainer Greg Jackson.Jackson coming from a strong wrestling background pioneered his journey into mixed martial arts studying Judo first, followed by brazilian jiu jitsu and kick-boxing (under Michael Winklejohn), combining this with his already solid knowledge in wrestling Jackson was well ahead of his time in being one of the first "complete" mma fighters.
15 years later Jackson continues to refine his highly effective and unique style, coaching such MMA stars as Rashad Evans, Keith Jardine, Nate Marquart and UFC Welterweight champion George St-Pierre, who was quoted as stating Jackson as "an MMA genius".
